- Our trained staff will arrive four hours prior to your desired serving time to cook and prepare onsite at your chosen venue.
- At the conclusion of the meal, our staff will package all remaining food for your further enjoyment.

We have a minimum requirement of 30 adult guests for this menu, however, if you have under 60 adult guests a staff fee of $100.00 is charged.
