  • Do you cook your meats onsite at our function venue?

    Yes. Unlike some other spit roast caterers, our meats are always cooked from their raw state, onsite at your venue. No pre preparation is done beforehand.

  • Are your staff included in the price per guest on your web site and price list?

    Yes. All our pricing includes our trained cook and wait staff. There are no hidden charges.

  • Are you able to cook onsite at my home and do you need the use of my kitchen?

    Yes. We are able to cook onsite at any venue, whether it is a function at a private home, hall or function venue. Although the use of a kitchen is desirable, it is not necessary as we supply all the cooking equipment that our staff will need.

  • If I am having my function at a private residence, what type of set up area do your staff require?

    Our staff will require a covered and well ventilated area of approximately  4m x 5m. A carport, garage or verandah is ideal for this.

  • Will there be enough for my guests to eat?

    Yes. We are renowned for our generous serving size. Your guests are more than welcome to return for second helpings.

  • Do you require a deposit?

    Yes. We require a $100.00 function deposit within two weeks of booking your function. Your function deposit is deducted from your final payment.

  • How long before my function do you require exact guest numbers and menu selection?

    We require you final guest numbers and menu selections no less than ten days prior to your function.

  • Do I need to assist your staff with anything on the day?

    No. Our staff will take care of all the catering for you. From setup, cooking and serving, through to the clean up after the meal.

  • How long will staff be at our venue?

    Our cook arrives approximately  4 hours prior to serving and will be there for the duration of the meal. This can be anywhere from 6 to 9 hours depending on the menu you choose and the guest numbers.

  • Do you supply all dinnerware and serviettes?

    Yes. All dinnerware, whether it is crockery or disposable, is supplied along with serviettes.

  • What happens with the leftover food at the end of our function?

    Any food that is not consumed by the end of your function is packaged by our staff and left for your further enjoyment.

  • Are wait staff included in the cost per head on your fingerfood menus?

    Yes. Our main and entrée fingerfood menus are tray served to your guests by our wait staff.

  • Do I get to choose my own fingerfood selections?

    Yes. You know your guests better than we do and what they may enjoy. We have a comprehensive list of options for you to choose from.

  • Am I able to mix and match your menus?

    Yes. We are more than happy for you to mix and match any of our platter, main meal and dessert options to customise your catering. We are also happy to provide a personal quote should you wish something extra.

  • Can you cater for any vegetarian guests I may have?

    Yes. When you make your booking, let our office know you have vegetarian guests attending your function. We can run through the options for you. This is at no extra cost to you.
